Your main duties include assisting customers as needed, answering questions, conducting administrative duties, operating equipment, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude. They also escalate any issues or complaints to supervisors or managers and prioritize tasks to manage their time effectively. Ultimately, their goal is to contribute to the overall success of the organization and ensure a positive experience for customers.

-Experienced in similar role is preferred
-Strong communication skills. Fluent in English is a must
-Physically fit and able to work on feet in a long period
-Willing to work on holidays and shifting schedules
-Friendly, reliable and punctual
