We are expanding our team in the Gaisano Store and looking for talented individuals to fill the Management Trainee position.
-Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering (industrial) or equivalent
-At least 1 year working experience in Rales-retail/General or equivalent
-Strong leadership potential and work ethics
-Leadership positions in various organizations is an advantage
-Good communication and organization skills
-Goal oriented and can work well under pressure
-strong written, verbal and presentation skills
-Can carry out effective customer service
-Supervisory experience is an advantage
