IT Risk Officer

- Responsible for the formulation of risk assessment policies and procedures to ensure that IT risks and exposure are identified, measured (if quantifiable), monitored, and reported timely and accurately.
- Responsible for assessing the IT security strategy and governance program of the bank which describes the process, controls, organization and infrastructure to manage information security related concerns and reporting the same in timely manner.
- Assist the IT Group in designing and implementing information security policies, procedures and standards that describe pragmatic, risk-based mechanism to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, non-repudiation and availability of information systems and the data processed therein.
- Assist and oversee in designing and implementing information security solutions to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations, controls, and infrastructure.

- Must be a graduate of BA/BS in MIS, Information Security, Systems Management, Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics or equivalent.
- Preferably with Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or MBA
- Knowledge in Bank systems process and Risk management.
- With at least 10 or more years of related work experience in IT risk management, developing, implementing or architecting information security systems and related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a financial/banking institution.
- With strong understanding of information security regulatory requirements and compliance issues; industry-standard in related disciplines, e.g. ITIL, ISMS, etc.
- Preferably IT system management certified (e.g. CISA, CISSP, GIAC, CISM, etc.)
