Accounting Manager

-Manage and oversea the daily operations of the Accounting Department
-Ensures that all majors, month-end quarterly, annually and/or year-end reports are completed accuracy and on the time
-Prepare schedule of account analysis and requirements for year-end results
-Reviews account transactions and monitors financial Company's finances are accurate and up to date
-Prepares accounts analysis and reconciliations for BIR audits/assesstments
-Creates and implements financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency
-Performs bank reconciliations and financial analysis
-Coordinates with Merchandising for the detailed Sales and Costing
-Negotiates with the bank on foreign currency purchase and time deposits with approval from the Managing Director
-Processes Director's remunerations
-Responsible for monitoring governmental reportorial requirements and tax compliance
-Responsible for the BIR and tax compliance
-Other related tasks and ad hoc activities as may be assigned by the Managing Director

-Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
-Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
-At least 5 years of extensive experience in finance and accountancy
-In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices and regulations
Good leadership and management skills
