Customer Service Representative

-Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
-Creating sales leads that become new clients
-Determining and evaluating customer needs to their satisfaction
-In charge of inventory audits, reviews and prepare schedules and reconciliation, resolving issues and findings
-Preparation of reports needed monthly

-Must be a graduate of any four-year courses preferably BS Marketing/ BS HRM/ BS Tourism Management
-Detailed-oriented with excellent time-management skills
-Resourceful and results-driven, can maintain good relationships with coworkers
-Willing to travel around assigned territories
