Restaurant Manager

-Manages the opening/mid shift procedures of the store including the consistent and appropriate execution of the QSCH Restaurant Checklist (QRC) Leads to ensure that the entire store is fully prepared and the store team is ready for the Shift.
-Manages the closing shift procedures of the store including the timely and effective conduct of a closing line/store check that facilitates an easy and effective set up of the store for the following day's operation. Lead store updates (Sales and marketing activities) and initiate action plans.
-Devices and implements programs that encourage guests to bring more friends/family members to the restaurant
-Act as a guardian of the brand trademark and copyright. Adheres to proper execution of logo and trademark specifications. Adheres to proper guidelines on merchandising development and production. Ensures proper installation and/or distribution of marketing collaterals.
-Generates the Menu item sales reort from the POS Back Ofice and analyze it. Ensures the Quantity of product items sold matches with sales and other non-sale items, (eg. proo, On-US and that these transactions are adequately supported with necessary documents (OSpromo slips, OR, etc.)
-Assist in employee selection, hiring, training, placement, movement, rewards and recognition. Evaluate the performance of immediate reports on a regular basis.

-Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, or any 4-year course related to Hospitality or Food Service Operations
-With a minimum of 3 years Restaurant Store Operations experience, 1 year of which as a Restaurant Manager
-Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
-Problem Solving Skills
-Strong verbal and written presentation skills
-Excellent math and computational ability
-Effective communication skills
-A degree in Management or Business
-Willing to work on holidays and weekends
-Perform other tasks that may be assigned either individually or as part of the committee.
