Shift Manager

-Assists and oversee and provide customer service leadership, training and coaching, alongside the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager, for all foodservice employees
-Effectively implement local restaurant marketing programs to drive trials and create repeat business
-Maintaining high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
-In-charge of negotiations, group sales development, tie-ins, events, etc. for companies and organizations.
-Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs in order to ensure the foodservice area maximize sales and profits while maintaining asset controls
-Opening MOD, conduct a short but effective daily huddle to review the previous day/s results, emphasize the targets for the day and give clear directions on priorities for the shift.

-Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, or any 4-year course related to Hospitality or Food Service Operations
-Experience in management or similar/relevant field (eg. Sales, Customer Services, etc.)
-Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
-Problem Solving Skills
-Strong verbal and written presentation skills
-Excellent math and computational skills
-Effective communication skills
-A degree in Management or Business
-Willing to work on weekends and holidays
