HR Officer

-Assist with all internal and external HR-related matter.
-Participate developing organizational guidelines and procedures
-Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
-Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts
-Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process
-Investigates complaints brought forward by employees
-Responsible for ensuring that employees and teams are in place to address compliance issues
-He/She is also responsible for thoroughly understanding compliance laws, as well as adequate communication to managers and employees about such laws.

-Graduate of any course related to position
-Must have at least 2 years experience in HR
-HR Generalist - Specialization in Recruitment and Regulatory compliance
-With good communication skills both oral and written
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
