HR Timekeeper

-Obtains the employees' logs-in and out from computer through the ExcentOne system;
-Assigns and adjusts employees' schedule as defined by the department managers;
-Generates the timekeeping data to worksheets and makes necessary remarks such as sick leave, vacation leave, absent, union leave, etc.;
-Reflects tardiness incurred by employees for payroll adjustment;
-Generates overtime requests every cut-off and verifies through ExcentOne if approved;
-Processes the data generated from timekeeping for payroll and submits the same to the Payroll Team Leader;
-Prepares the timekeeping of non-biometric employees and process the same; Generates, prints and distributes pay slips to employees and have it signed; Enters payroll data into the systems to keep all payroll files up to date. Maintains daily staffing sheets showing hours worked for all employees;
-Keeps all payroll information confidential, maintaining privacy for each and every employee.
-Answers queries from employees regarding all payroll concerns.
-Prepares and distributes cash salary to selected employees;
-Files and safe keeps documents of Payroll;
-Monitors attendance of employees under manpower service providers and gives feedback to the later for appropriate action;
-Assists Compensation and Benefits Officer in monthly reporting;
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by superior.

-Graduate of Human Resource Management/Business Related
course
-2-3 years of experience is preferred.
