Branch Manager

-Manages and oversees the branch and subordinates to ensure the effective completion of their responsibilities
-Conducts daily operation assessments to ensure the growth of the branch
-Monitors daily production and releases of the branch and provides updates on the branch operations status
-Plans, creates, and implements programs/processes for branch employees and clients actively participates in them
-Maintains business partnerships between the company and its business partners such as loan consultants and the other marketing organizations
-Conducts final checking and review of loan application, Credit Approval Memorandum and loan documents

-Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree / College Degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Management, or Marketing
-Must have 1-2 years of work-related experience in Finance or Sales field; a minimum of one (1) year in a Supervisory capacity
-Must have basic credit knowledge
Should be a strategist and capable to think out of the box
-Has the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
-Excellent leadership and management skills
-Excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate
