-Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Management graduate or any related course.
-At least over 4 years work experience as Housekeeping Supervisor or 2 years in the
same position.
-Knowledgeable in Housekeeping Policies and Procedures and other practices.
-Willing to work on different shift.
-Ability to deliver training at all levels.
-Articulate, Assertive and result-oriented.
-Good physical resilience.
-Computer literate.
-Ability with figures and ability to manage a cost centre.
-Possess good leadership skills.
-Keen to details: working carefully within the minimum time.
-Understanding of IT issues in relation to Housekeeping.
-Knowledgeable of the basic cleaning chemicals.
