-Bachelor's/College Degree in HRM, Tourism, or equivalent;
-With at least 6 months of professional experience in the same position;
-Excellent oral and written communication skills;
-Computer literate and familiar with hotel PMS;
-Knowledge in registering and assigning rooms to guests;
-Dedicated and careful - High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
-Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage;
-Assertive and customer-oriented;
-Demonstrated ability to review folios and charges to guests’ procedure;
-Works well under pressure;
-Knowledgeable about check-in and check-out procedures;
-Customer-oriented; and
-With a pleasing personality.
