Compensation and Benefits Officer

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Marikina office for a Compensation and Benefits Officer. The role entails evaluating and managing employee benefits programs and compensation policies, ensuring they are aligned with current industry standards and regulations, and optimizing them to attract and retain talent.

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-Demonstrated understanding of compensation and benefits programs and regulations
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Analytical thinking and attention to detail
-Ability to manage confidential information
-Experience with HRIS, Excel, and other related software
-A minimum of two years of experience working in a compensation and benefits role
-Experience in the retail industry is a plus
