Assistant Supervisor

- As an Assistant Branch Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the branch manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Assist in managing and motivating a team of branch staff, providing guidance and training to optimize performance and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the branch manager to implement business strategies, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and expand the customer base.
- Monitor branch activities to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and escalating complex matters to the branch manager as necessary.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies Administration/Management/Finance/Accountancy/Banking or any related courses
- Computer literate
- Must be detail-oriented
- With strong leadership
- With at least 6 months experience in the position
- With Communication and Supervisory Skills
