Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor oversees restaurant operations, ensuring brand standards, quality service, and a clean environment. Responsibilities include managing staff, schedules and customer service, while also focusing on profitability through cost control and sales growth

-Graduate of any 4-year course
-At least 2-4 years as a manager in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry especially the Coffee Industry
-With experience as Senior Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Managers specializing in Food/Beverages/Restaurant Service or equivalent
-Expertise in people management. Strong communication and customer service skills.
