Front Office Associate

-Responsible for speedy and accurate checking in and out of guests, ensuring details documented in guest folio and front office system, knowledge of products and services, maintains and updates guest history in the database, collaboration with housekeeping. maintenance, F & B department, and manage complaints.
-Perform cashier functions; balances at the end of the shift according to established standards.

-Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Tourism or equivalent
-Preferably with (2) years Front Office experience.
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
-Excellent communication skills.
-Must be willing to work in Boracay.
