Accounting Officer

Responsibilities:
• Maintaining and reviewing financial records.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws.
Preparing budgets regularly.
Monitoring expenditure and profits and providing reports.
• Managing business accounts and preparing financial statements. • Perform day to day transactions, including processing of A/R accounts and incoming payments, verifying, and recording of receivables and collections.
• Carry out billing, follow up on collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines, monitor customer account details for non-payment, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
• Prepares payment to suppliers in an organized and timely manner, scheduling of due accounts and resolving account discrepancies, if any.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• Good problem-solving and time management skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Advance MS Office Application in Excel and Word
