Service Technician

· Primarily responsible in providing Post-Sales services of all ADI’s products and services such as but is not limited to: CCTV System, Alarm System, Access Control and other various security-related systems
· Ensures that all assigned tasks or services were completed as scheduled
· Responsible for the successful implementation of projects/services handled
· Evaluates, diagnoses, troubleshoots systems and performs repair as needed
· Pro-actively reports to his supervisor task completion and any technical concerns of the assigned Task
· Ensures customer satisfaction
· Complies with the set QA Standards
· Complies with the set Monthly Quota ***refer to assigned Quota Matrix
· Ensures that all documents needed for the proper turnover of the project/ services are complete and submitted on time to his immediate Supervisor for Billing
· Other Ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time

-Willing for an on-call set up
-has experience in CCTV or Alarm System
-Responsibly handles projects
-Aims customer satisfaction
