HR Supervisor

-Handle all the functions/facets of human resources.
-Oversee the operations of an entire hr department.
-Assist in formulating and implementing policies and programs.
-Oversee and manage recruitment processes.
-Develop and implement performance and appraisal management.
-Administer employee engagement.
-Identify and address employee concern regarding performance by arranging training where required, and discussing and helping to assist with career growth.
-Execute company policies, impose sanctions, and prepare administrative due
process documentation and employee/labor relations concerns and provide
counseling on policies and procedures.
-Responsible for compensation & benefits process and compliances. -Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
-other tasks that may be assigned by the superior.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business
Management/BS in Psychology.
-At least three (3) years experience as HR supervisor.
-Knowledgeable in all functions/facets of the Human
Resources department.
