• Issuance of Sales Invoices for DR generated plants.
• Monitoring and completeness of check of delivery receipts.
• Preparation of Transmittal report of sales invoices-yellow copies.
• Preparation of transmittal of Paid and Unpaid Sales Invoice.
• Preparation of DR Sales of the month.
• Transmittal - Outbound mails (documents and parcel) Steeltech and Inbound mails (documents and parcel) - Accounting only.
• Preparation of Transmittal Reports for Sales Invoices, Collection receipts, Provisional Receipts.
• Monitoring of the Status of all outbound Mails of Steeltech.
• Other related tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
