Purchasing Staff

Duties and Responsibilities
-Assist the Purchasing Supervisor in sourcing and canvassing the
required items.
-Secure the needed quotation from Suppliers
-Update and maintain records of all purchases
-Deliver information about the status of requested materials, supplies,
services and other goods
-Monitor that least 1 year delivery of the order, in charge of doing the
follow-ups to vendors
-In charge in compiling the required documents and assisting in the
preparation of the request for payment to the accounting
-Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

-Graduate of any Business related course, or Information Technology.
-With at least 1-year working experience.
-Computer literate preferably in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Sheets.
