Qualifications:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources/Psychology or equivalent
-With at least 3-5 years working experience in related field is required for this position
-Must have extensive experience in employee relations or discipline management
-Knowledgeable in Labor Law, People Skills, and Conflict Management
-Flexible, dynamic and engaging with strong interpersonal skills
-Strong communication skills both written and oral
