- This role is 100% remote for candidates living outside Baguio City
- Night shift
- Equipment provided

- At least 2+ years of experience as an API Support Engineer
- Has Salesforce experience as an Administrator or end user
- API Support experience
- Experience working in SaaS.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Google Workplace, or Exchange administration.
- Proficiency in at least 1 programming language.
- Has experience working with SSO service providers like OKTA, Ping, Onelogin, etc.
