IT Specialist

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot computer problems and provide technical support to users.
• Administer and maintain computer networks.
• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on IT system performance.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
Additional Responsibilities:
• May be responsible for managing IT projects.
• May be responsible for training new IT staff.
•May be responsible for developing and implementing IT security policies and procedures.

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field is a plus (Fresh grad are welcome)
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Can work on a flexible schedule.
