•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred but not required)
•Proven track record as an Accounting Manager in the same or similar industry, driving financial success in a fast-paced environment
•Expert knowledge of Philippine accounting principles, regulations, and industry standards.
•Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights
•Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
•Excellent leadership abilities, with a knack for inspiring and motivating teams
•Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to accuracy and precision
•Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to stakeholders
