DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To establish service standards which meet the need of the target market and are in the line with the operating concept of the restaurant and banquet
services.
• To ensure that all operating standards comply with the company and hotel policies and procedures with corresponding standards.
• To maintain all hotel records and forms as prescribed by hotel management and policies.
• To be proactive in developing and improving products and service
procedures.
