DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct daily briefings for proper communication and information dissemination to all staff, stressing on priorities of the day.
• Conducts quality inspections of all Guestrooms / Guest Floors assigned.
• Pay particular attention on the pest eradication activities and ensure daily / monthly implementation of pest control.
• Exceed Guests expectations of housekeeping service and overall cleanliness of the hotel.
• Ensure the housekeeping management is consistently communicating and interacting with Guests.
• Lead by example utilizing a "hands-on" approach to management.
