Manage maintenance team, contractors, and suppliers as directed to ensure delivery of output.
Monitoring the daily progress of maintenance tasks and creating status reports
• Visiting and inspecting the branches whenever necessary.
• Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks such as negotiating, billing, etc.

• A Bachelor's Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field Certification in Facilities Management is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in computer aided drawing (AutoCad, Sketch-up, Vray, Lumion, photoshop, etc)
• Knowledgeable in Google Workspace, Quantity Surveying, Safety Management and Identification of Hazard
• Independent and can work in minimum supervision
• Explicit verbal and written communication skills
