Sales Supervisor

We are hiring for Sales Supervisor to be assigned at SM North EDSA.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Hit personal and service targets
-Monitor sales, stocks, records and staff performance
-Manage overall branch day to day activities in the absence of branch manager
-Manage and motivate immediate subordinate
-Provide excellent customer service
-Provide product and soft skills training

-Graduate of any 4 year course
-With at least 2 years work experience in leadership or management role
-Willing to work onsite (Monday-Sunday)

Skills:
-Good communication skills (oral and written)
-Can work under pressure and prioritize task on hand
-Can lead a team towards common objectives
-Train and develop immediate subordinate
