Branch Manager

We're hiring Branch Manager for SM downtown Tuguegarao.

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Hit branch sales and service target
-Manage overall branch day to day activities including overall store appearance
-Ensure excellent branch customer service
-Implement and monitor branch directives, policies and procedures
-manage and motivate branch employees
-Provide product and soft skills training

-Graduate of any 4 year course
-With at least 5 years work experience in leadership or management role
-Willing to work onsite (Monday - Sunday)

Skills:
-Good communication skills (oral and written)
-Can work under pressure and prioritize tasks on hand
-can lead team towards common objectives
-Train and develop branch employees
