• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.
• Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Demonstrated understanding of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proficient in administering first aid and emergency medical care.
• Ability to assess, evaluate, and prioritize healthcare needs of employees.
• Knowledge of occupational of health and safety practices.
• Familiarity with HR records management systems and procedures.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and documentation.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to support HR
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
