Credit & Collection Assistant

-Responsible for preparing and issuing billing statement and initiates collection to clients
-Responsible for monitoring status of collection and allocation of payments
-Responsible for the reconciliation of balance accounts
-Responsible for monitoring and counter checking reconciliation inventory
-Responsible for monitoring customer details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
-Prepares monthly account receivables aging report and ensure the timely submission of said reports
-Responsible for maintaining updated filing billing system
-Responsible for maintaining updated account receivable records of clients including payment collection and unpaid documents
-Responsible for issuing pull out receipt for pulled out items
-Responsible for scheduling installer for every installation project
-Responsible for countering of original documents to provincial areas thru LBC and JRS
-Responsible for checking the billing of freight charges from freight forwarder
-Responsible for monitoring purchase order from company especially customized items
-Any other task assigned by immediate superior

-Must possess good communication skills, both written and verbal
-At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
-Must be a graduate of any 4 year course, business administration is an advantage
-Amenable to work in San Juan City
