Audit Associate

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-5pm; Saturdays, 8-3pm

Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial controls and compliance with regulations.
- Review and analyze financial statements, reports, and records to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
- Perform risk assessments and develop audit plans to address potential areas of concern.
- Document audit findings and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness.
- Stay updated on accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of internal audit procedures and methodologies.
- Conduct field audits as required, ensuring adherence to audit schedules and timelines.

- Bachelor's/College degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Internal Auditor.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing processes.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong personality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict management skills.
- Willingness to conduct field audits as needed.
- Proficiency in using SAP Business One is an advantage.
