Field Technician

As a Technician at Data Lake Inc., the core responsibility is to contribute to the on-site implementation of Starlink installations. This role involves executing installation projects under the guidance of the Lead Technician, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the efficient and accurate deployment of Starlink systems. The Technician will play a crucial role in the field operations team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and reliable network solutions. Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute on-site implementation of Starlink installations as a Technician in the Operations.
2. Work under the guidance of the Lead Technician to ensure the efficient deployment of Starlink systems.
3. Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during the installation process.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the successful execution of installation projects.
5. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of field operations.

1. Relevant Technical Education or Certification in Telecommunications, Satellite Communication, or a related field.
2. Prior experience in field operations, preferably in the deployment of satellite communication systems such as Starlink.
3. Basic understanding of technical aspects related to Starlink installations.
4. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to address on-site challenges.
6. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments.
7. Commitment to safety, quality, and contributing to the overall success of field operations.
8. Proficiency with online communication tools (Slack, Viber, ClickUp, Google Workspace, etc.)
9. Demonstrable ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and execute them flawlessly.
