Marketing Assistant

Function Areas:
-BRAND MANAGEMENT: Maintain and enhance brand image and reputation
observe brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing channels

-DIGITAL MARKETING: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including FB campaigns, email, and digital channels.
Help to analyze digital data metrics to measure campaign effectiveness stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies

-EVENT MANAGEMENT: Plan and coordinate marketing events, product launches and promotional activities.
Ensure seamless execution of events to enhance brand visibility
Evaluate the success of events and adjust strategies accordingly

-CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Implement and manage franchise systems
Analyze franchisee data to improve marketing strategies.
Maintain franchisee engagement programs

-COLLABORATION AD COMMUNICATION: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, compliance, and accounting.
Communicate marketing strategies and initiatives to internal
stakeholders.
Ensure effective communication of marketing messages to external audiences

NOTE: cold calling is required for this position. AND
Applicants with content writing skills will be prioritized and with a negotiable salary.

-Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
-Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields preferred but not required.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
-Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when necessary.
