Shift Leader

-Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
-Motivate the store crew to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
-Train and oversee new staff.
-Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
-Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
-Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
-Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
-Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
-Monitor inventory

-Must have a bachelor's degree of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Entrepreneurship or in a related field.
-At least 1 year of working experience in food and manufacturing companies, fast-moving consumer goods, and the restaurant industry.
-Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
-Customer service-oriented with knowledge of basic business management processes.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Must be analytical and critical thinkers and entrepreneurial skills
-Ability to manage people.
-Can work in shifting schedule, weekends and holiday.
-Trustworthy, Reliable with work ethics and high integrity.
