Production Supervisor

Are you armed with a Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field? Master's preferred. Do you have a solid foundation and experience in product development and management within the healthcare insurance industry?

We offer a hybrid (mostly work-from-home) setup.

-Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related Master's preferred
-Experience in product management, ideally in healthcare insurance
-Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
-Strong foundation and experience in HMO product creation
-Knowledgeable in medical insurance, claims, compliance, regulations and market trends
-Familiar with agile methods and AI tools for product management and underwriting
-Proven leadership with a history of achieving business goals
