Recruitment Associate

-In charge of online sourcing activities;
Attends and implements different sourcing activities;
-Invites and endorses candidates for HR Interviews
-Monitors recruitment sourcing channels
-Manages content and job postings in the sourcing channels
-Presents regular reports regarding offers, candidates for In-House Accreditation Seminar, and candidate statuses;
-Prepares new sellers’ 201 folders; and
-Performance of other Human Resources related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

-Bachelor’s Degree in Human -Resources/Psychology/Behavioral Science/Marketing
-Must be FLEXIBLE to execute the tasks
-Must have at least 3 months to 6 months of experience in Sourcing/Recruitment
-Must have a good background with Adobe Photoshop and/or CANVA
-Must have excellent communication skills
-Must be keen on details and organized
-Willing to do field works
