Digital Advertising Trainee

As a Digital Advertising Trainee, you'll be in charge of:
- Ensuring customer happiness and satisfaction by providing accurate responses to concerns.
- Checking the dashboard for any unattended tickets and chat messages.
- Acknowledging concerns within 24 hours.
- Resolving concerns within the acceptable time frame.

Work Schedule: Night Shift

Apply as a Digital Advertising Trainee now if you have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, English Literature, or any
communications-related degree.
-Any relevant experience in customer service, customer support, and/or project management is a plus.
- Experience in using at least 1 ticketing tool or any related client-facing tool is a plus.
- Experience in using Google Spreadsheet and/or MS Excel.
- Computer proficiency and system oriented.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.
