Marketing Coordinator

-Provides administrative support to the VP of Marketing and assists with marketing and development initiatives that impact the organization.
-Works with the VP of Marketing to develop and manage the marketing and development campaigns for the company strong emphasis on digital campaigns, including website optimization, social media, online directories, etc.
-Communicate daily with the team to evaluate and track the progression of projects
-Facilitates internal and external approval processes of all marketing and development projects.
-Provides administrative support, including but not limited to, calendar maintenance and scheduling, sending meeting invitations, distributing agendas in advance, scribing notes as needed, and tracking items in progress.
-Supports the department on projects as needed.

-High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in marketing and communications or related field preferred.
-Has robust project management skills and is highly organized with a strong ability to prioritize projects with conflicting deadlines effectively.
-Demonstrates strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
-Effectively communicates information and ideas in both written and verbal formats in a highly professional and effective manner.
-Experience with SEO and SEM preferred.
-Works as a team player and collaborator.
-Able to learn new techniques quickly.
-Must be highly dependable and maintain an excellent attitude and punctuality.
-Works well under pressure and can adapt to changing needs as identified by supervisor(s).
-Intermediate experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
