HR Officer

Responsible for overseeing HR functions including recruitment, on boarding, payroll, employee data, development, performance management, and separation/termination.

-With good communication skills and keen on details
-Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality, detail-oriented, and can work with minimal supervision
-Ability to communicate with various levels of management
-Responsible for providing multiple HR-Functions, Personnel Administration, Payroll & Benefits, Policy Implementation
-Graduate of any 4 year course preferably in line with BSc in Accounting, Human Resource or relevant field
-With pleasing personality
-Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk, HR assistant or similar role
-Hands on experience with accounting software strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors
-Good knowledge of employee and labor legislation
-Time management skills
-Ability to handle confidential information
-Proven experience as a Staff Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position
