Sales Operations Head

-Responsible for monitoring the sales operations of Agro-Industrial, evaluating sales performance, and conducting analysis and research to identify business opportunities. Also responsible for sourcing prospects, negotiating with them and closing sales deals.

-Graduate of Bachelor's Degree with any Agriculture, Animal Husbandry or related Course of Units
-At least 2 years of experience in animal feeds selling and/or experience in selling of DOC (Day-old-Chicks), and has worked in feed or breeder companies such as Leung Hup, Heritage, New Hope Feeds, B-Meg, CJ Foods etc.
-With knowledge in key accounts and field sales management, distributor/warehouse operations, business analysis, strategy dev't, planning execution, financial strategy & management, negotiations, and selling concepts & processes
-Willing to be assigned in Gerona, Tarlac
