A Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote products, services, or the overall brand of a company. They analyze market trends and customer needs to create effective marketing campaigns that generate leads or sales.

Key responsibilities include overseeing market research, identifying target markets, planning and coordinating marketing efforts across various channels (such as digital, social media, print, and events), managing the marketing budget, and measuring the effectiveness of campaigns through analytics and KPIs.
Marketing managers also collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and achieve business objectives.
They need strong leadership, creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
