Buyer

- Closing, tracking and monitoring of items and or materials ordered for purchase or delivery.
- Ensuring all items and or materials purchased are within the required quality and standards.
- Ensuring timely deliveries of all items and or materials purchased for dispatch and or deployment.
- Maintain close coordination with operations over purchase orders and requests.
- Maintaining master file of all items or materials purchased and tracking of frequency of repeat orders.
- Maintains good standing and professional relationship with suppliers.
- Submit Daily, Weekly and Monthly comprehensive report
- Reports directly to the Manager

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): multi-tasking, highly organized, can work with less supervision, excellent communication skills, computer literate, tech savvy with a warm personality trait.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
