Roles and Responsibilities:
●Provide strategic direction in the development and implementation of comprehensive trade marketing strategies that align with the company's l long-term objectives.
●Drive brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction to captivate our target audience.
●Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data and customer insights to identify trends, market opportunities, and challenges.
●Ensure data-driven decision-making across all trade marketing activities. Monitor, measure and report marketing campaigns performance for data gathering and analysis.
●Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including advertisement and brochures.
●Manage a talented team of marketers and artists, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
●Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall company objectives.

●Bachelor’s degree preferably with concentration in Marketing, Multimedia and Advertising.
●With 3-5 years of work experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
●Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
●Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
●Excellent marketing strategy, planning and execution skills. Competent in creative works, market research, data interpretations skills, budgeting and costing.
●Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
