Purchasing Assistant

We are urgently hiring of Purchasing Assistant
Work schedule: Mondays to Fridays

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare purchase orders (PO)
• Research potential vendors
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
• Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
• Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
• Prepare cost analyses (canvass sheet)
• Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders

• Must be a 4-year graduate of any Business course
• Good understanding of supply chain procedures
• With at least 6 months experience in similar role but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• With good communication skills
