Customer Service Representative • Korean bilingual

Position: Customer Service Staff – Korean

The Customer Service Staff is responsible for handling and replying to our Korean customers’ inquiries through email, phone, and a-live clients.

Responsibilities:
· To address customers’ questions about products and services by answering questions and responding to complaints or concerns.
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
· Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or head of the department.

· completed a Bachelors, Diploma or vocational degree are welcome to apply.
· Native Korean speakers or Filipino that have TOPIK II (Level 4 to 6) certification is preferred.
· Good communication skills in English (written and speaking)
· willing to work in the night shift schedule.
