Customer Service Representative • Japanese bilingual

We are seeking a Japanese customer service staff member who will be part of our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
- handling and replying to customer inquiries through email, phone, and live clients.

-Those who have completed a bachelor's or diploma degree are welcome to apply.
- Japanese native speakers or Filipino that have JLPT n1 or n2 certification are preferred.
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule (night or day)
