Procurement Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes.
2. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements for optimal terms and pricing.
3. Oversee the procurement team, guiding their efforts to meet procurement objectives and compliance standards.
4. Collaborate with various departments to understand their purchasing needs and align procurement strategies accordingly.
5. Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
6. Analyze market trends and keep abreast of industry developments to enhance procurement strategies.
7. Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and legal requirements in all procurement activities.

-Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role, showcasing successful procurement strategies and team leadership.
-Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiencies.
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
