Accounting Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
-Perform financial analysis and reporting activities, including variance analysis and trend identification.
-Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
-Prepare financial statements and management reports for internal and external stakeholders.
-Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing insightful financial data.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve financial performance.
-Maintain compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
-Proven experience as an Accounting Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role.
-Strong proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
-Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and financial regulations.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
